Lisa Hang


Lisa Hang obtained her BA from Cornell University with a dual major in Biological Sciences (cum laude) and Psychology. She is currently a PhD candidate at Weill Cornell Medical College / Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center. Her thesis research focuses on the role of SUMOylation in the maintenance of genome stability in budding yeast.

Ms. Hang has gained over 8 years of research experience using PCR, DNA isolation, Immunoprecipitation, Western blotting, Southern blotting, Cloning, and Yeast Two Hybrid analysis.  She has also edited numerous scientific manuscripts and grants, and has published manuscripts in peer-reviewed journals.
