Before submitting your manuscript, please check your manuscript for the following points.

1. Remove authors’ names and affiliations from the title page of the manuscript. This will help us to further enforce confidentiality throughout the editing process.
2. Make sure that your manuscript was written using MS Word or in another compatible format such as Open XML.
3. Please supply the figures and texts as separate files. Do not imbed the figures in the MS Word document as MS Word was not designed to handle images.
4. As far as possible, please make sure that you have chosen the right type of editing for your manuscript. Basically, if you are at ease in expressing your ideas in written English or if you think your manuscript only requires light editing, please select “Proofreading”. If not, please opt for “Comprehensive Editing”. If the manuscript is destined to be printed directly without any further editorial input, please choose "Comprehensive Editing PLUS".
5. Before uploading, please remove any former editing marks introduced by “Track Changes” from the manuscript. You can do this automatically and quickly by using the options available under the “Track Changes” menu of MS Word.
