Dr Claudia Copeland - Retroviruses/Molecular Entomology & Parasitology/Computational Genetics

Dr Claudia Copeland holds a Ph.D. in molecular and cellular biology from Tulane University, specializing in retrotransposons/retroviruses, tropical medicine, and parasite genetics, with postdoctoral research experience in molecular entomology, sex-ratio determination/parthenogenesis, noncoding RNA, and computational genomics. She has published several peer reviewed journal articles and has edited manuscripts in a broad range of biomedical and agricultural fields, including translational biology, epidemiological studies, and case reports. She enjoys writing and helping authors to improve their manuscripts, and has extensive experience working with authors who are non-native English speakers.
